About my practice
My virtual classes (presented via Zoom) aim to comprehensively stretch, strengthen, and mobilize all parts of the body and will leave you feeling stronger, taller, and moving with more ease. My Open Level Classes are taught with the individual in mind with variations and modifications included to suit those newer to Pilates or add challenge for those with more experience. My classes incorporate elements from the classical mat work repertoire, content from Fletcher Pilates as well as contemporary influences.
If you prefer in-person sessions on apparatus I can be found at local studios Union Pilates (located in East Vancouver) and Core Community (located on Main Street) where I am available for semi-private or private sessions as well as group-led reformer classes.
As an instructor, I am continually broadening my scope of knowledge, and look forward to sharing and moving with you!
